Recipe Courvoisier Sidecar Preparation INGREDIENTS 2 parts Courvoisier® VS Cognac 1/2 part Lemon Juice 1/5 part Simple Syrup Lemon Twist INSTRUCTIONS Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake hard for a short time. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
