At Red Cask, every cask is hand selected by an experienced tasting panel and bottled at cask strength, without chill filtration, to give you a pure Whisky experience from a bygone era. Nose: Hints of leather, caramel, stewed plums and Christmas pudding. Palate: Light oak, sharp bursts of plums, cherries, slight sweet coffee and some chocolate. Finish: Long lasting smooth warm feeling, still some sweet coffee and chocolate lingering.
