Monteru Single Grape Brandy is a superior and better choice of spirits for the most distinctive connoisseurs. We are the first producer of single grape brandy using the traditional "double distillation" and the most sought after single varietals from the best producing regions of France. In addition, we go further by aging our eaux-de-vie in pre-used oak barrels for a maximum of 3 years in order to keep the typicity of each the unique varietals.
This innovative and modern spirit, although authentic and traditional is creating a new product category of spirits between the more traditional brandies and the single malt whiskies.
NOSE: grassy aromas reminiscent of bison grass vodka, then candied pears and candied lemon notes follow.
PALATE: initially soft and then more complex with a balance of light vegetable and spicy flavors.
ON ICE: soft and round vanilla taste, light texture and candied fruit finish.
