The 2012 Pauline's Cuvee is a sexy Merlot-based red, is another solid value from Atalon. Plump, juicy and resonant in the glass, the 2012 is an excellent choice for drinking now and over the next few years, while the fruit retains its juiciness. Paulines Cuvee is made after the wines of the Right Bank. Merlot and Cabernet Franc lead the way to a soft supple wine with lots of character. Dark ruby in color. Aromatic notes of black cherry, blackberry, plum, currant, integrated sweet oak, cinnamon and clove spices, and shaved milk chocolate. It has a delicate and soft entry with great depth and balance. It is the de nition of soft and velvety! Elegant!
