Clear with a slight green hue. A flowery, focused nose of ripe pears and green apples. It is clean and fresh, it is enhanced by the slight petulance of the wine. The vibrant acidity makes the mouth water and sets the stage for green and yellow Sour Patch Kids dancing on the tongue until they are swallowed and it's time for an encore. Light body with a slight effervescence that keeps the wine bright and lively. The crisp flavors of juicy green apples and balanced acidity give structure to the wine. The lower alcohol content makes this a perfect white to serve as an aperitif. Serve with garden salads, crudites, light hors d'oeuvres and more delicate fish.
