This is the debut of McNab Ridge's first Primitivo from the beautiful Dry Creek Valley in Sonoma County. This wine is visually lively with red ruby colors and delicate garnet reflections. Good acidity, soft tannins, with a lingering jammy and berry spice. It is fantastically paired with chicken Cacciatore, Eggplant Parmesan, Mediterranean dishes or your own BBQ favorites.
