Pale gold in color. Aromas of vanilla, honey and baked fruits (con fit). Very smooth entry and then expansive with a mouth coating, oily texture. Mid palate shows a nuttiness and warmth with hints of raisin and plum. Long, clean finish with subtle marmalade notes and caramel.
Blend - 80% Grain and 20% Ten year old malt. Matured in first fill Bourbon barrels for 4 years, Finished in Oloroso casks for 6 months.
