There is intensity to the fruit with vivid aromas and a generous, velvety palate that is weighted and complex as a result of this impressive vintage. The hint of floral and graphite that unfurls on the finish makes this Cabernet even more enticing. Pair this beast with lamb kabobs, short ribs, creamy gorgonzola pasta or other hearty dishes.
