This wine is a blend of 85% Sauvignon Blanc and 15% Semillon, all from Juliana Vineyards in the Pope Valley. It was whole-cluster pressed and fermented in French oak barrels. The absence of malolactic fermentation and striring of lees ensures that the delicacy of the Sauvignon Blanc and the honeyed character of the Semillon remain the focus.
