JURA SEVEN WOOD: After an initial maturation in American white oak ex-Bourbon, this whisky is transferred to six different new French oak casks where it matures for an additional two years. The casks, hand-selected and carefully constructed from forests in Central France, contribute almond sweetness and a buttery texture to the finished liquid.
