Chardonnay provides front palate creaminess and contributes a firm structure and vibrancy while Pinot Meunier adds mid-palate dimension with hints of cherry cream. Pinot Noir, which forms the majority of the cuvée, gives the wine length, persistence and a lingering flavor. To ensure the continuity of style and quality that has made Chandon one of America`s classic sparkling wines, our Brut is blended with ten to twenty percent Reserve wines from prior harvests.
