We acquired nearly 300 barrels of exceptional Kentucky Bourbon, aged from 3 to 10 years in New American Oak. The bourbon was transported along the 38th parallel to our home in St. Helena, California. It was finished with our family Napa Valley wine barrels for 6 months and then bottled at 86. 8 proof
