Sicilian Marsala is produced in accordance with the DOC regulations. Produced without the addition of caramel coloring or flavor stretchers, such as Mistrella or Sifone, a combination of grape juice and alcohol, that are so prevalent today. Instead Opici Marsala gets its rich golden color from blending in older reserves of Marsala. A pleasantly sweet baked nose, it is dry and warm on the palate. Opici Marsala is excellent for both drinking or used in baked goods.

Opici Marsala is a delicious dessert wine with cartucci or pignoli cookies, and as a flavoring wine for Canolli or Zabaglione.
