Floral aromas along with a subtle predominance of white fruits: pear, apples, almonds, and hazelnuts. On the palate, a fresh opening, smooth pleasant and balanced. Great with Breton lobster and cream sauce, sole with morel mushrooms, and chicken borchettes with citronella.
