\n\u2022\tPinch of cayenne pepper

Directions<\/strong>
\n\u2022\tCombine water, cane sugar, honey, cinnamon sticks, ginger, orange peel, and star anise in a small saucepan over medium-high heat.
\n\u2022\tBring to a boil, then immediately turn to a simmer.
\n\u2022\tSimmer until sugar has dissolved, then remove from the heat and let stand until it comes to room temperature.
\n\u2022\tSteep in the refrigerator, covered tightly, overnight. Strain through a mesh strainer before use.
\n\u2022\tOn a shallow plate, combine sea salt, orange zest, and cane sugar. Muddle together.

\n\u2022\tRub the edges of the glasses with the grapefruit after juicing it, then dip the glasses in the sea salt on a shallow plate to coat the rims.

\n\u2022\tIn a cocktail shaker, combine the rosemary with agave nectar, then muddle until you can smell the rosemary. Don\u2019t add any ice at this stage.
