Shipping & Ordering

We only ship when and where legal.

*We will alert local authorities about anyone under the age of 21 trying to use this site to purchase alcohol!  If you are under 21 you may not use this site.

Please note that  you must be at least 21 years old to order or receive alcohol from this web site. Also, the person signing for the order upon delivery must also be at least 21 years old.
Due to our strict policy of not shipping alcohol to minors, please be advised that WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ORDERS FOR ANY REASON WITHOUT EXPLANATION.  Thank you for your understanding.

If you don't see your state in the drop down list in the checkout menu we won’t be able to accept your order over the internet, because of your states shipping laws. 

LiquorStore-Online ships out ground with expected delivery of 7-10 days or sooner if you chose expedited delivery.  Due to the large number of online orders we receive we cannot give you a tracking number.  Should you require delivery confirmation please email us 15 days after your order is placed.

Out of stock items

Though we continually monitor inventory to ensure product availability, there are times when products may be out of stock. If that occurs, LS-O representatives are available to suggest comparable substitutions. In cases where a substitution is necessary, we will email you before shipping and provide the option to select other items. If you decide not to make a substitution, we will ship available items minus the out of stock item(s) or cancel the order if you prefer to do so.  Sometimes there are discrepancies with pricing on our website. Should your order contain a price discrepancy, we will notify you of the change before we process your order for your approval.


Returns policy

LS-O guarantees the quality of all our products and services. Your satisfaction is our first priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order for Customer Care assistance at support@liquorstore-online.com.

Cancelled and/or returned orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee.


Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance will automatically be added at cost of $1.00 for orders $100 and less and $.50 for every additional $100 after that.


LiquourStore-Online guarantee

LS-O guarantees quality products and service. Order processing time is contingent upon credit card authorization screening, and does not include weekends or holidays.
