TASTING NOTE Linie has a rich, smooth profile with notes of aniseed and caraway. Matured in old sherry casks, it also has slight notes of oak and a kiss of sherry, adding complexity. TECHNICAL DATA ABV: 41. 5% AGING: 12 months in small oak casks previously used to age sherry, 4 months in cask at sea POINTS OF DISTINCTION Matured in sherry oak casks, Linie Aquavit has a hint of sherry flavor. Casks cross the equator twice on ocean ships over a four-month voyage under conditions that create the smoothest aquavit. Made from potato spirit, with notes of caraway, aniseed, sherry and vanilla, which create a rich, herbal flavor.
