The Sacchetto family has operated in this region for decades, evolving from a family farm to a thriving organic enterprise. The Sacchettos use fresh, crystalline water from the Italian Alps during the five-column distillation of the 100% organic Italian wheat. The vodka is then filtered through 1. 7 million square meters of active charcoal to ensure that Purus holds to its definition - clean, genuine, refined.
