Wine maker notes This limited edition sparkling wine is produced from our estate vineyards in the Carneros region of Sonoma, California. Everything about the wine is carefully chosen, from the hand-picked Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes to the time honored methode traditionnelle of resting the bottles in our caves.
Food pairing This wine is the perfect accompaniment to seafood. Oysters on the half shell with a chipotle lime mignonette or classic Maine lobster with drawn butter are fool proof pairings for this reputable brut. Cherry and peach on the palette, with its brilliant acid, pair well with lemon meringue pie or stone fruit galette with creme fraiche.
