Masterfully blended by Cognac Master Jerome Tessendier this rum comes from three different islands (45% Barbados, 35% Trinidad, and 20% Jamaica) it is then rested 3 months in mature French oak on the banks of the Charente River. No dosage added/ no added sugars. Aroma - Candied peach, pineapple, & a touch of toasted notes. Taste - A fruity rum with nuanced notes of vanilla & banana flambe. Finish - Followed by a honeyed finish in a subtle marriage between freshness & unctuosity. 80 Proof
