A classic Irish pot still Whiskey and one of the biggest selling in Ireland Nose: Yellow plums, oily aromatic spice, caramelised banana, candied tropical fruit, mint leaf and vanilla. Palate: Banana toffee, sweet spice, minty chocolate and quite a fat and chewy body. Finish: Spicy, toasted oak, aromatic yellow plums, vanilla wood. A more gentle pot still offering from the Midleton distillery and a good stepping stone to the Redbreast range from the same distillery.
