Taste: A rich initial wave of manuka honey, oats and toffee mixes with the familiar orange zest and raisins, plus a touch of woodspice. Water brings out softer notes of stewed apples and pears. Finish: Gentle and juicy, ending on cloves, cinnamon and apples.
