The second annual Bootleg release from Heaven's Door is a 15 Year Old straight Bourbon whiskey that has been finished in Jamaican oot still rum casks. This stunning whiskey is bottled in a ceramic bottle featuring Sunset, Monument Valley by Bob Dylan, inside a beautiful, individually numbered leather journal. Nose - Cornbread, cocao nibs, tobacco leaf, and an abundance of maple syrup. Palate - Dried apricot, sandalwood, with a nutty richness. Finish - Toasted caramel, holiday spice, and toasted oak where the influence from the sugar cane and rum extraction shines.
