This Travel Retail exclusive is now available in limited quantities from Hard To Find Whisky. The Dalmore Dominium is a spectacularly flavourful whisky matured in American ex-Bourbon casks and finished in Matusalem Sherry casks. These first fill Sherry casks held the finest Oloroso for a minimum of 30 years before imparting rich and complex flavours to the maturing whisky. The result is a luxurious and decadent single malt, with Dalmore’s signature dark fruit flavours and sweet spice. Aroma: Sweet fruits, sandalwood, lemon tart, honey, caramel coffee and a hint of liquorice spice. Palate: Sherry soaked raisins, black toffee and banana cake. Finish: Treacle tart, pineapple, Oxford marmalade, ginger spice and dates.
