An intriguing Japanese whisky from un-named distilleries, most from one well known one and a small amount from another, added so not to be labelled a single malt. Matureed in indigenous Mizunara oak, which adds a spicy, complex and fruity quality to the whisky. The whisky is then aged at sea for upto 3 months. On the nose orange, salt, jasmie and cedar. The palate is fruity and dry with a herbal note to it. The finish continues with tropical fruit and sweet woody spice.
