This Heaven Hill Distillery original is named for the famed Bernheim Distillery in Louisville. Bernheim Original is aged for 7 years in the traditional open rickhouses of the distillery. Bernheim’s mellow taste is refreshingly smooth when served straight or in cocktails. Nose: Mildly sweet with hints of vanilla and honey. Palate: Hints of toffee, berries, & spice with fresh mint. Finish: Soft toasted oak, elegant and warm.
