Made with Irish Whiskeys distilled from 100% malted barley, matured and finished in casks that impart the influence of five wine casks (Sherry, Port, Madeira, White Burgundy, Cabernet Sauvignon). This Irish Single Malt Whiskey delivers a unique fruit-forward flavour profile that is complex, yet balanced and has often been described as “a symphony” of flavour. Nose: vibrant spice with elegant fruity notes of ripe melon, fig and yellow plums. Some creamy lemon cheesecake and apricot glaze too. Palate: Almost fizzy spice delivery with lots of creamy citrus, vanilla and yellow fruit (especially apricot and plum) aromatic oak, clove & glazed danish pasties. Finish: lots of aromatic oak and spice, custard cream biscuits, pick and mix sweets, lemon icing. Gold Medal winner at the San Francisco World Spirits competition 2019
