A new Irish single malt, matured for 4 years in refill sherry butts for added depth of flavour. Distilled in County Antrim, Northern Ireland (Bushmills distillery) this is a new release for 2019 aimed at both those who like to drink neat or mix. Light and delicate on the nose with gentle fruit nuaces, cherry, raisins, oranges and a slight sweet spiced oak on the finish. The palate is again fruity and light, slightly oily and fairly dry. Spicy and slightly oaky towards the end.
