A Single Cask 21 year old Tobermory which is Exclusive to Hard To Find Whisky and part of a series of four bottles which have all been bottled at full cask strength with no chill filtering and 100% natural colour. Each bottle is individually numbered by way of a genuine Casino Chip that is attached to each bottle. The Roulette Edition has been finished in an ex-Sherry Cask. Nose: Creamy mocha and praline, nutty oak, peanut brittle, salted fudge, old fashioned toffee, walnut cake, ginger biscuits, aromatic spices (clove; nutmeg) and sherry soaked dried fruit. Palate: Opens up like the bottom of a sherry trifle with notes of sugared almonds, sultana, raisin, honey on brown bread, mocha, walnut and coffee cake. Finish: Silky and creamy with some salted baileys fudge, ginger, praline, marzipan, winter spices and sherry soaked fruitcake on a long and rewarding finish. Beautifully balanced distillery character and Sherry wood influence - a very autumnal, winter spiced, coastal Tobermory that is limited to just 145 bottles. LAUNCHED ON 21st OCTOBER 2016
