A higher aged Irish Whiskey from the makers of Green Spot, 'Yellow Spot' is a single pot still Irish whisky aged for 12 years in total in three types of casks: Spanish sherry butts, Spanish malaga casks and ex-bourbon casks. Nose: Stone fruit heavy upfront with peach, apricot, plum paired with soft vanilla. Palate: Fruitier still with sherry providing a rich, warming mouthfeel. Finish: Sweet and velvety smooth.
