The ex-Bourbon casks contribute sweet vanilla and fresh citrus aromas and flavours, whilst the ex-Sherry wood brings intensity and richness to the palate. Taste - Toffee apples, , ginger, orange, shortbread. Finish - A hint of sherry, soft oak and cinnamon spice. Very well balanced.
