The Filey Bay 'Flagship' release from the Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery is a beautiful expression of the distillery character. Made with 100% homegrown barley, this light, fruity, creamy single malt has been matured in ex-Bourbon casks. Nose: Pleasantly sweet and orchard fruit heavy. Palate: Light and creamy with flavours of citrus, caramel, honey and vanilla. Finish: Lingering toffee apple and oak.
