Growing Wings is a 5 year old, limited release expression from Kiwi distillery Cardrona. Coniciding with the 5th birthday of the distillery, it is matured exclusively in Gonzalo Byass Oloroso Sherry Butt and distilled to a natural cask strength of 61. 2% with only 1,100 bottles released. Nose: Borage flower and rich, ripe, red fruits Palate: Sticky raisins and honey with a creamy mouth feel Finish: Faint hint of spice with a lasting rich sherry led finish
