From Chicago based Few distillery, Immortal Rye Whiskey takes the award winning, cask-strength, grain-to-glass straight rye and brings it down to a 'less-bitey' 46. 5% ABV with cold extracted '8 Immortals Oolong Tea'. The result is a delicate, complex Whiskey that marries the spice from the rye with the floral, tropical notes of the tea, for a unique and rewarding experience. Nose: Vanilla, black peppercorn and toffee alongside tropical fruits and jasmine. Palate: Earthy wood, peach, dragonfruit and baking spice. Finish: Long, dry and complex.
