A limited edition, Indian single malt, from Paul John. Aged for approximately five years in ex-Bourbon barrels and then matured in Oloroso Sherry casks for a further two resulting in a rich, fruity single malt Nose:
Fresh blood orange and ripe plums and apricots upfront Palate:
Soft and sweet palate with dark chocolate, nuts and sponge cake Finish:
Long and intense finish with spice drawn from the Oloroso cask and a touch of mocha
