Introducing the first release of Strathearn Highland Single Malt. Using European oak and ex-sherry casks, this 3 year old expression was bottled in 2019 with no chill-filtration or additional colouring. The start of great things to come from Strathearn distillery. Nose: Rich and bright sultanas, and sherried raisins alongside milk chocolate and toffee apple Palate: Cherry, slight peppery spice alongside oaky, nutty goodness Finish: Slight floral notes of pine needles alongside pepper, cinnamon and citrus
