This single malt was distilled at the Bunnahabhain distillery in 1987. The whisky was allowed to mature for 28 years in a single oak cask, producing an outrun of only 180 bottles. Independently bottled by Berry Bros. & Rudd. Intense yet elegant aromas give apricot and quince notes with uplifting lemon zest. The palate swells on a honey layered tapestry to reveal the most delicate hint of peatiness, bound in a pot-pourri of fruit.
