The Grand Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are fussy and need to grow in ideal temperatures in order to remove their inherent herbaceous flavor. These particular grapes are grown on 30-year-old vines located in the high-altitdue Uco Valley, Tupungato (Elev. 3,527ft). These grapes leverage environmental advantages to boost the phenols and tannins that define the Cabernet’s distinct flavor.
