By replacing rye with wheat in the mash bill, we have produced a bourbon that is slightly softer on the palate and has a remarkable flavor. Producer Born in Bourbon Country, raised in California Wine Country: The majority of Breaker is distilled in the heart of bourbon country, while we age our whisky in the unique and ideal environment of the Santa Ynez Valley producing a complex, balanced and masculine bourbon.
