SEPTIMA OBRA is the reserve wine of our winery, which incorporates the best of every piece of land in Mendoza in a continuous search for tasty fruit flavour and typicity. Wine maker notes The wine: An Argentine full-bodied, fresh Malbec that is true to its type. Flavours that suggest cherry, violet, and sweet blackberry; a warm and proud wine. The lands in Vistaflores, Los Árboles and La Consulta, Valle de Uco and Finca SEPTIMA in Agrelo, Lujan de Cuyo, form together a great wine region in this firm and delicious new world. Vineyard: A blend produced under high quality standards, with attention to detail. Harvested and produced at a height of more than 1050 m. a. s. l. Ageing: 10 to 12 months in American barrels, depending on the vintage.

Producer SEPTIMA Winery’s vineyards are located in the area of Agrelo, in the wonderful province of Mendoza by the majestic Andes mountain range. The winery offers a wide variety of still and sparkling Argentine wines. Its architecture and construction style, the materials used and the arrangement of spaces make the place an indisputable reference among the recent generation of wineries in Mendoza. The wine cellar of 5500 m2 has a capacity of 3,000,000 bottles. The construction has been inspired by the ancestral dry-stone wall system, a technique to build walls widely used by the native huarpes that consists in stacking up natural stones.
