Blackcurrants, bark, dried herbs, tobacco leaf and cedar on the nose. It's full-bodied with firm, tight-grained tannins and fresh acidity. Rich and concentrated, yet structured, with sweet spices on the firm finish. Try from 2023.
Aromatics of leather and toasted oak lead to flavors of black plum, black pepper and chocolate covered cherries. This wine has big tannins but is round and approachable on the finish with notes of toasted oak, anise and black cherry. This is a classic Washington Cabernet Sauvignon that is tannic but fruit forward and will pair perfectly with pulled pork and grilled red meats.
