Recipe The Revivalist Gin Summertide Expression Gin & Tonic Summertide 1 1/2oz Summertide Gin 1oz Honey Syrup 1/2oz Lemon Juice 3 Ginger cubes 2 Rosemary Sprigs (1 for garnish) 4 Rose Water Dashes Club Soda Rosemary Sprig Garnish Collins Glass Muddle Ginger and 1 Rosemary Sprig in shaker tin. Combine all other ingredients except for Club Soda and shake vigorously. Double strain using cocktail basket strainer into ice filled Collins Glass. Top with Club soda. Garnish with Rosemary Sprig.
