Producer Enrico Serafino was founded in 1878 in Canale. During this long time, the winery has been true to the tradition of Piedmont in the wines production. Serafino’s vineyards are spread in the heart of the Unesco world heritage-designated wine regions Langhe-Roero and Monferrato. The whole wine-making process is projected and implemented to enhance the unique grape variety and territory pairing present in this area.
