Fiddler Unison (Batch 4 & the year-round version now) marries the foraged high-wheat bourbon that formed the foundation of Batches 1, 2, and 3, with our own in-house, high-malt bourbon that we distilled by hand on our traditional, double copper pot stills manufactured by Vendome Copper & Brass Works in Louisville, Kentucky.
