Matured exclusively in Bourbon barrels of exceptional quality for over three years, developing a distinctive profile. Mellow vanilla, fruity vibrant, buttery with citrus touches and a hint of peppery woody notes on the nose. Flavours of vanilla mixed with orchard fruits like green cooking apples covered with peppercorn. Lingering with a long finish.
