No expense spared is the mantra of Milk & Honey as they procure specially selected casks for their hot climate maturation process with perfection pursued at every aspect of the production process, showcased in the whisky itself. Using ex-red wine casks sourced from Israel's finest wineries with the Mediterranean's climate, variety of soil types and hot sunny days bringing a spicy, unique flavour to the Israeli wine, reflected in their casks Nose:
Red dried fruits, ginger, oak, and delicate coconut bouquet lead a gentle mineral perfume Palate:
Light bodied. Wine flavours coat the mouth, accompanied by subtle oak and vanilla notes, followed by gentle floral blossoms Finish:
Medium with dried fruits and wine linger, finishing with a touch of dark raisins
