The Legendary Silkie Irish Whiskey is a blend of double and triple distilled malts, soft grain whiskey and a hint of peated malt. Hand-bottled by Sliabh Liag Distillers at 46% ABV, Silkie is not chill filtered giving a rich character to a super soft whiskey. Nose: Fresh green apple,s opening to a more honeyed butteryness. Palate: Orange zest, digestive biscuits and stem ginger, all with the signature softness and gentle hints of peat. Finish: The rich, sweet taste provides a sublimely gentle finish.
