Douglas Laing's "Old Particular" is a particularly unique series of individually hand-selected aged Single Cask Malts' and Single Cask Single Grains from all over Scotland. This 25 year old Inchgower Single Malt Whisky, bottled in 2020, is one of 242 bottles aged exclusively in a Sherry butt. Nose: Sweet & barley-rich initially followed by tangerines, brown sugar and damp oak. Palate: Spicy! Cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla essence alongside stewed fruits. Finish: Long - golden syrup, slight floral notes, milk chocolate and barley.
