This cask strength expression from Kirker & Greer has been matured for ten years in seasoned Bourbon casks. Delicious aromas of hot buttered sweetcorn, mature oak, Dolly Mixture and a dash of cinnamon come through on the nose. Immediately there is pineapple on the palate, followed by flapjacks with vanilla ice cream and toffee apples. Oak and more toffee lingers on the palate.
