Distilled at the iconic Blair Athol Distillery in 2008, this exceptional Single Cask Whisky spent twelve years maturing in a Refill Hogshead. Clean, crisp and fragrant with cereal, gentle spices and hot buttered toast. The palate is as clean as anticipated - carrying barley and honey with a sugary citrus note. The finish is fudgey, malted and really sweet, with a nice amalgam of all the above.
